If you forget your password, you can log in using a secure email link or reset your password to create a new one.
Option 1: Log in with a link
Enter your email on the login screen.
You’ll receive an email with a Login to your account button.
Click the button to log in to the platform.
Option 2: Reset your password
On the login screen, enter your email and click Reset password.
Open the email you receive and click Reset password.
Enter your new password.
Click Confirm and log in to finish.
Note: Always complete authentication-sensitive steps like login and password reset in a single browser tab.

I clicked Reset password more than once. Which password reset email should I use?
Always use the most recent email. Each time you click Reset password, we send a new link and the previous one stops working.
My reset link isn't working. What should I do?
This usually happens when a newer reset link has been sent since, or when the link was opened in a different browser tab. Go back to the login screen, click Reset password once, and use the link in the newest email, completing all the steps in the same tab.
I didn't receive the email. What now?
Wait a few minutes, as emails can sometimes take a moment to arrive.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the email address linked to your Deeper Signals account.
If it still doesn't arrive, contact our support team and we'll help you get back in.
Should I log in with a link or reset my password?
If you just need to get into your account quickly, use the login link. If you want to set a new password to use going forward, choose Reset password.
