Learn how the Team Dynamics report is generated, what it provides, and how to manage your privacy settings.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Overview

The Team Dynamics report is generated using your team’s aggregate responses from the Core Drivers Diagnostic.

This report:

  • Describes your team’s collective strengths and blindspots.

  • Helps your manager align their leadership style to the group profile.

  • Maximizes overall team effectiveness.

The purpose is to give managers a deeper understanding of the unique strengths and challenges of their teams. With this insight, they can develop strategies to help both the team and each individual realize their full potential.

Team Dynamics privacy controls

As a user, you can opt out of including your Core Drivers in the Team Dynamics report. This also prevents managers from accessing your coaching report, giving you more control over your privacy.

To opt out:

  1. Go to Account > View profile.

  2. Select Privacy settings.

  3. Toggle Restrict my Teams data.

Once toggled:

  • Your scores will no longer appear in the Team Dynamics report.

  • Your manager will no longer have access to your coaching report.

Note: Your records remain accessible to your organization’s appointed administrators, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
