The Team Dynamics report is built from your team's combined answers to the Core Drivers assessment. It gives managers a clear picture of their team's unique strengths and challenges, so they can help everyone reach their full potential.

How to restrict your Teams data
Click Account in the bottom-left corner.
Click View Profile.
Open the Privacy settings tab.
Turn on Restrict my Teams data.
Once it's on:
Your scores no longer appear in the Team Dynamics report
Your manager no longer has access to your coaching report
Note: Your records are still accessible to your organization's appointed administrators, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Can my administrator still see my results?
Yes. Appointed administrators can still access your records.
Can I change my mind later?
Yes. Turn Restrict my Teams data off again in Privacy settings at any time.
