FAQs

I didn't receive an invite link. What should I do?

Go to the login page, enter your email and click Reset password. If that doesn't work, contact your administrator.

Can I pause an assessment and come back later?

For most assessments, yes. Click Back to dashboard and confirm. Your answers are saved, and you can click Continue in the Action center when you’re ready.

The exception is the Core Reasoning assessments (Logical, Numerical and Verbal). They’re timed, so you need to finish each one in a single sitting. If you leave partway through, your progress won’t be saved and you’ll have to start again from the beginning. Before you start one, set aside enough uninterrupted time to finish it.

Why can't I see my report after finishing?

Your administrator may not have shared the report with you, or the assessment may not include a report.
