Strengthen leadership potential
How to start a Dynamo goal
Click Learning in the left sidebar. This opens the Dynamo Learning page.
Click + Start new goal.
Under Goal duration, choose 15 days, 30 days, 60 days or 90 days.
Pick a goal from the list.
Click Start.
Tip: Want to get going fast? Pick one of the Featured goals on the Dynamo Learning page and click Configure goal.
Note: If you've completed the Core Drivers assessment, your suggested goals are prioritized based on your results. Each goal is labeled with the Core Driver it relates to, like Flexible or Candid. If you haven't completed Core Drivers, or your report hasn't been shared with you, suggestions appear at random.
How Dynamo goals work
Duration: Your goal duration keeps you accountable, but your progress isn't restricted by it
Six activity cards: Each goal comes with six cards full of coaching advice and suggested activities. Mark each card complete as you finish it
Up to three goals: Work on up to three goals at the same time
Skip a goal: If a goal doesn't feel relevant, you can skip it early
Reflection: Use the reflection option on each card to write down your planned actions and make change stick
Track your progress
The Dynamo Learning page shows your Goals in progress and Completed goals at a glance.

Complete an assigned onboarding
Your administrator may have assigned you an onboarding to help you settle into your new role. If they have, you'll see a Complete onboarding card on the Dynamo Learning page.
Click Learning in the left sidebar.
On the Complete onboarding card, click Start onboarding.
Read the first activity card, then click Mark complete.
Work through the rest of the cards listed under Your progress.
An onboarding works like a Dynamo goal. It has six activity cards, and the top of the page shows your Progress, the days Remaining and its Status. To pick up where you left off, click Continue onboarding on the card.
Go further with Core Driver Workouts
Want to develop further? Core Driver Workouts are short learning journeys tailored to your three Core Drivers. Each one helps you get more out of a driver and avoid its traps.
Click Learning in the left sidebar.
Scroll to the bottom of the Dynamo Learning page and click Want to develop further?.
Under Core Driver Workouts, find the driver you want to work on.
Click Start to begin a workout, or Continue to pick up where you left off.
