What’s new

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS

  • Invites are now called Campaigns. This change reflects our updated system and new features, ensuring a more streamlined and efficient process for inviting users to participate in assessments.

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS

  • Set reminders: You can now set up automatic reminders in each of your campaigns for users who haven't completed their assigned assessments. Define user groups to receive reminders based on their progress status. You can customize reminder templates, or users will receive default messages. Learn more about it here.

  • Manage users: When you click on a user within your campaign, you can now add personalized notes for each user, share a direct link to their account, view a summary of their assessment scores, and a see a history of actions taken by the user or system. You can learn more about it here.

  • Results: We have introduced a new 'Results' tab within each campaign to provide admins with easier and more efficient access to assessment results.

ADMIN - SETTINGS

  • Manage competencies: Account Owners can now add new competencies using scores from assessments. Before creating competency scores, we recommend conducting the necessary validation research. You can learn more about adding new competencies in this article.

What’s improved

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS

  • Invite - Preview and send: Before sending out email invites, you can now see a campaign overview. It shows how many emails you’re sending, which template you’re using, and the assessments, reports, and tags assigned to the campaign. This allows you to make any necessary adjustments before hitting send.

  • Archive campaign: You can now archive campaigns, which removes them from the main dashboard and transfers them to the Archived tab. This helps keep your workspace organized by moving completed or inactive campaigns out of sight but still accessible when needed.

  • Rename: You can now rename your campaigns.

  • Created by / Created at: You can now see which admin created each campaign and when was the campaign created.

What’s fixed

  • The support chat widget has been updated to ensure it no longer obstructs the hamburger menu used for bulk actions in the "All users" table.
