What’s new

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS

  • You can choose between two types of campaigns, each tailored to specific goals. The first type is Coaching and Employee Development, which uses assessment feedback to coach and develop existing employees and clients. This type of campaign was already available previously. The second type is Candidate Selection, designed to streamline recruitment by identifying and engaging potential new hires. This dual approach helps you align your campaigns with organizational needs and achieve more effective outcomes. You can learn more about hiring campaigns in this article.

ADMIN - SETTINGS

  • Manage job roles: Account Owners can view all available job positions here.

NEW ASSESSMENTS

  • We're excited to introduce four new assessments to our platform: Career Interests, Engagement, Inclusivity Compass, and Team Effectiveness. Alongside the Core Drivers and Core Values assessments, you now have the option to include these new assessments when creating an invite campaign. This gives you even more ways to gather valuable insights and support your team's growth and development. You can learn more about these new assessments here.

Note: Hiring campaigns and the new assessments are currently available exclusively to subscription accounts.

What’s improved

ADMIN - ALL USERS

  • Status column is updated to reflect the changes in the campaigns. Candidate status applies to users invited through a Candidate Selection campaign. User status includes existing users and those invited through a Development campaign.

ADMIN - SETTINGS - MANAGE ROLES AND PERMISSIONS - ADD NEW ROLE

  • Permissions - Campaigns: When creating a new admin role, you now have the flexibility to grant users access to specific types of campaigns. You can choose to give them access to only one type, either Development or Hiring, or to both types, depending on your needs.
