If you regularly work with the same set of columns and filters, don’t rebuild it every time. Save your setup as a custom view and access it in seconds.

How to save a new view

  1. Click Save view

  2. Enter a name for your view

  3. Click Save


How to access a saved view

  1. Open the view selector

  2. Select your saved view


How to add a view to favorites

  1. Open the view selector

  2. Click on the three dots next to your view

  3. Click Mark as favorite


Pro tip: Favorite the views you use weekly to keep your workflow faster.


How to edit a saved view

  1. Open the view selector and select the saved view you want to edit

  2. Add or update the columns and/or filters as needed

  3. Click Update view to save your changes

If you want to keep the original view and save your changes as a separate view, click Save as new instead.


How to delete a saved view

  1. Select the saved view from the view selector

  2. Click on the three dots

  3. Click Delete

Once deleted, the view cannot be restored.

Can I edit a saved view?

To modify a view, apply it first, adjust the columns or filters, then update the view or save it again as a new view.


Can I have multiple favorite views?

Yes. You can favorite multiple views for faster access in the All Users tab.
