Overview

If you regularly work with the same set of columns and filters, don’t rebuild it every time. Save your setup as a custom view and access it in seconds.

How to save a new view

  1. Click Manage view

  2. Click Save as new view

  3. Enter a name for your view

  4. Click Save


How to access a saved view

  1. Click My views

  2. Select your saved view

  3. Click Apply


How to add a view to favorites

  1. Click My views

  2. Click the bookmark icon next to the view name

Once marked as a favorite, it will appear alongside the default Core Drivers and Core Values views in the All Users tab.

How to delete a saved view

  1. Click My views

  2. Select your saved view

  3. Click Apply

  4. Click Manage view

  5. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner

  6. Select Remove view

  7. Click Yes, delete to confirm

Once deleted, the view cannot be restored.

Can I edit a saved view?

To modify a view, apply it first, adjust the columns or filters, then save it again as a new view.


Can I have multiple favorite views?

Yes. You can favorite multiple views for faster access in the All Users tab.
