Overview
Notification Settings allow you to define which email template is automatically used for each campaign workflow action.
Setting default templates helps ensure consistent communication across campaigns while reducing manual setup.
You can configure default templates for:
Campaign Invite – Sent when inviting recipients to participate in a campaign
Campaign Follow-up – Sent as follow-up email within a campaign
Reminder – Sent when you set up reminders in a campaign
Rejection – Sent when a candidate is rejected in a candidate selection campaign
Hiring – Sent when a candidate is hired in a candidate selection campaign
Before you can assign a custom default template, you must create at least one camapign email template. You can see how to do that in this article.
Configure default email templates
Navigate to Settings
Select Notifications
Open Notification settings
For each workflow action, select:
A Default Template
A Default Language
Save changes
Once configured, the selected template and language are automatically applied when that workflow action is used.
Note: If a template does not have a translation for a specific language, that language will not appear as an available option when configuring default templates.
