To add a user to a project, go to the “All Users” tab, select the user(s) you want to add to a certain project, click on the three dots in the bottom right corner, and select “Add user(s) to project”. After selecting the project, click “Add”.

Another way to add users to a project is to go to the “Users” tab inside a project and select “+Add user”. You can learn more about it here.
