How are the goals suggested to me?
The Deeper Signals platform suggests goals based on your Core Drivers profile:
Goals linked to your highest-scoring Core Driver appear first, followed by those linked to lower-scoring drivers.
Each Core Driver has two possible goals.
You can also choose goals from your Secondary Drivers.
Note: If you haven’t completed the Core Drivers assessment yet, or if your report hasn’t been shared by your administrator, goal suggestions will appear at random.
What goals can I choose to develop?
The Dynamo goal library currently contains two goals per Core Driver. More goals are being developed, and future updates will allow you to create your own custom goals.

How many activity cards are included in each goal?
Each Dynamo goal includes six activity cards. These provide coaching advice and suggested practices to help you achieve your goal.
Can admins see what goals I am working toward?
Yes. Admins can see:
Whether you have started a Dynamo goal.
The number of goals completed.
The number of goals in progress.
The number of goals skipped.
