What’s new

ADMIN - TEAMS

We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to the Teams feature! We've streamlined the process by merging Enterprise Teams and Team Creator into a single, more intuitive tool. This change makes creating teams faster and significantly improves the user experience.

You can now create teams in two simple ways:

New feature highlights:

  • The CSV file upload now supports assigning one person as a manager for multiple teams.

  • Configurable access to team reports: control who can view reports (team managers, team members, or both) or restrict access entirely.

  • When creating a team, easily filter users to quickly create teams based on criteria such as invite campaigns, HRIS values (department, country, region, etc.), or tags.

This is just the beginning - more improvements to the Teams feature are on the way. Stay tuned!

What’s improved

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS

  • It’s now possible to edit reports and tags within a campaign, even after users have been added. When making changes, you have the option to either apply them to all users already in the campaign or only to new users added after the changes are made. This gives you greater flexibility and control, allowing you to tailor the updates based on your specific needs without affecting existing users if desired. You can learn more about these new updates here.

  • You can now create multiple invite campaigns with the same name.

ADMIN - ALL USERS - MY VIEWS

  • After adding custom columns and applying filters to the "All Users" table, once you've saved your view, you can mark it as a favorite for quick access alongside the default views. Learn more about this feature here.

What’s fixed

  • When filtering values in a column in the “All Users” table, the filter is no longer case-sensitive. For example, if the value is 'United States', you can search 'united states' and it will still appear in the filter results.
